How do I get a quote?

There isn't one price that fits every project.
Depending on what you need, we can work on an hourly or day rate, a fixed project fee, or a tailored package.
The cost depends on factors such as the type of photography or video, the amount of content required, location, production requirements and editing.

Do you take small projects?
Absolutely.
Not every project needs a large production or a huge budget. We work with businesses and individuals at different stages, from a few professional photographs to larger photography and video projects.

Working With Us
Where are you based?
We are based in Devon and work with businesses, organisations and individuals locally and further afield.
We are happy to travel for projects across the UK and, where required, internationally. If your project is outside our usual area, just get in touch and we'll work out the best approach.
Do you travel?
Yes.
Most of our work takes place at the client's location, whether that's a business, restaurant, property, event, studio or outdoor location.
For some projects, we may also work from our own setup or arrange a suitable location depending on what you're looking to create.
Can you work at our premises?
Yes.
We can bring the necessary photography and lighting equipment to your business and photograph products on location.
This can be particularly useful for larger products, machinery, food businesses, restaurants or situations where transporting the products isn't practical.
Can you photograph and film on the same day?
Yes.
We can often combine still photography and video within the same production.
This can be particularly useful for businesses that need photographs for their website, advertising or print alongside video content for social media, websites or promotional campaigns.
We'll discuss the best way to plan the shoot so neither the photography nor video feels like an afterthought.
Can I send products to you?
Yes.
If your products are suitable for our setup, you can send them to us for photography or video.
We'll discuss what you need beforehand, arrange the best way to get the products to us, complete the shoot and arrange their return afterwards.
This can be particularly useful for ecommerce, product launches, advertising and businesses that are unable to have us visit their premises.
Can you photograph people as well as products?
Yes.
Our work includes portraits, corporate headshots, personal branding, fashion, events, lifestyle and other people-focused photography.
We can work in a studio-style environment, at your workplace or on location.
Can you help me decide what I need?

How far in advance should I book?
For smaller projects, we may be able to accommodate relatively short lead times depending on availability.
For larger productions, events and projects with multiple elements, it's best to get in touch as early as possible so we have time to plan everything properly.
If you have a date in mind, ask. We may be able to help.
Do you require a deposit?
For some projects, a booking deposit may be required to secure the date, particularly for larger productions or projects involving significant preparation.
We'll confirm any deposit requirements in your quotation before you book.
Photography & Video
Do you have professional photography and video equipment?
Yes.
We have a wide range of professional photography, video, lighting and supporting equipment suitable for different types of projects.Rather than using the same setup for everything, we choose the equipment and approach according to the subject, location and result we're trying to achieve.
For larger or specialist productions, additional equipment or crew can also be arranged where required.
Can you provide different formats?
Yes.
We can prepare images in appropriate formats and resolutions for websites, social media, advertising, presentations and print.
If you need several formats from the same shoot, let us know when discussing the project.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the project.
A simple headshot session might take considerably less time than a product catalogue, advertising campaign or multi-camera event.
We'll discuss what is required before quoting so you have a clear understanding of the expected time and cost.
Can you create social media content?
Yes.
We can create photography, short-form video, reels, promotional content, behind-the-scenes material and other visual content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
Where appropriate, we can also plan a shoot so that one production provides a range of content rather than producing just one final image or video.
Do you offer drone photography and video?
Yes.
We can provide aerial photography and video for suitable projects, subject to location, weather, safety requirements and applicable regulations.
Can you work under a confidentiality agreement?
Yes.
If your project involves confidential products, launches, prototypes, private events or unreleased material, let us know.
We're happy to discuss confidentiality requirements and can work with appropriate agreements where necessary.
Printing & Production
How quickly do I receive the finished work?
Turnaround depends on the size and type of project.
We will discuss the expected delivery time when we quote for your project, so you know what to expect before you book.
For larger projects, we can also agree staged delivery where appropriate.
Can you print photographs?
Yes.
Through our wider print services (PerspectivePrints.com), we can arrange professional photographic printing in a range of sizes and finishes.
We can also discuss mounting and framing if you need finished artwork rather than simply digital files.
Can you print on other materials?
Yes, where appropriate.
Depending on the project, we can arrange printing on a range of materials and finishes, including options suitable for displays, signage, promotional work and other applications.
We can also discuss specialist finishing and laser-cutting options where required.
